Outside of SUSA, Nikita is currently a member of the QUEST Honors Program and a Director of Maryland Minza, a nonprofit dance competition at UMD. Dancing has been her main hobby, and being on Minza has been a great way for her to stay connected to this passion. She has previously been involved in Consult Your Community (CYC) and Women in Business. Her experience in CYC and case competitions has exposed her to the field of consulting, which is what she is most interested in pursuing following graduation.
Professional Affairs Committee
Responsible for enhancing the professional journey of all Smith students. It is responsible for creating and developing initiatives to better serve the Smith community professionally, and allowing students to successfully discover their career paths. The committee will serve as a liaison between the Office of Career Services, SUSA, Smith Administration, and the student body as a whole.

Outside of SUSA, Lily is a Personal Trainer at RecWell, Brother of Alpha Phi Omega Community Service Fraternity, Mentor with College Mentors for Kids, and danced ballet for 16 years prior to college. She has worked as a Management Intern at the Joffrey Ballet in Chicago and as a Development Intern as NARAL Pro-Choice Massachusetts in Boston. Following graduation, Lily aims to work in the development and sales side of marketing and explore career paths in hospital administration and fundraising.

Outside of SUSA, Marissa is the Treasurer for Consult Your Community. She is also a TA for the Business Statistics class and a Peer Mentor for College Park Scholars. She has worked as an Intern at the North American Underwriters National Insurance Agency. She enjoys sports and dancing.

Outside of SUSA, Adam has interned at the American Asset Management Group, is a Content Board Member of the International Economic and Finance Society, and Fund Member of the TAMID Group at Maryland.
