Outside of SUSA, Max loves anything related to college sports, especially college basketball. He also loves listening to any kind of music, whether it be rap or country, and binge watching shows like The Sopranos and Entourage. Max interned at the US House of Representatives over the summer and is always looking for an opportunity to grow, both personally and professionally.

Professional Affairs Committee

Responsible for enhancing the professional journey of all Smith students. It is responsible for creating and developing initiatives to better serve the Smith community professionally, and allowing students to successfully discover their career paths. The committee will serve as a liaison between the Office of Career Services, SUSA, Smith Administration, and the student body as a whole.

Dylan Lee

Hometown: Rockville, MD

Major: Finance and Economics (BA) '23

Outside of SUSA, Dylan is on the University Honors leadership team, Club Badminton, SGA Finance Committee, and Emerging CFOs Fellows Program. He participated in a few case competitions as well as the Impact Consulting Fellowship and plans to pursue a career in strategy consulting after graduation. This summer, Dylan will intern at Baker Tilly as a consulting intern on their Government Contractor Solutions (GCS) team. In his free time, he enjoys fashion, personal finance/investing, table tennis, Maryland sports, and the NFL.

Darius Nejad

Hometown: Potomac, MD

Majors: Finance and Information Systems ‘24

Outside of SUSA, Darius is the Director of Pledge Unity for Alpha Kappa Psi-Omega Theta Fraternity and an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for the Justice and Legal Thought Scholars Program. In the past, he has worked for the U.S. House of Representatives as a Congressional Intern, and in the future, he plans on pursuing a career in the consulting industry. He likes to stay active by playing soccer/basketball in his free time and weight lifting on a regular basis.

Stanley Diep

Hometown: Damascus, MD

Majors: Finance and Information Systems '24

Apart from SUSA, Stanley is an avid tennis player and is on the UMD club tennis team. He is also a peer mentor for the Media, Self, and Society Scholars Program. In his professional career, Stanley has experience in the fields of consulting and sales. Some hobbies he enjoys include chess, basketball, and working out. In the future, Stanley hopes to pursue a career in banking, consulting, or wealth management.
