
Jen Chiang

Major: Marketing and Information Systems
Outside of SUSA, Jen is part of the QUEST Honors Program (Cohort 39) and is the Director of Pledge Education for the Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business fraternity. In her free time, she enjoys arts & crafts and taking group fitness classes at UMD. A fun fact about Jen is that she played the violin for 8 years.
Events Committee
Responsible for managing Smith-wide events that seek to bring together the Smith undergraduate community and connect students to career development and discovery opportunities. Collaborates with the Marketing committee to ensure consistent and effective marketing messaging for all events. Relays events budget needs to the Finance committee to ensure proper financing for all events.

Veronica Kim
Hometown: Ellicott City, MD
Major: Information Science '24
Outside of SUSA, Veronica is the Vice President of Signature Events for Women in Business Association and Vice President of IT for Ascend. She also serves as an iSchool Ambassador where she hosts advising hours to assist undergraduate students in course selection and answer any questions regarding the majors offered at the College of Information Studies. Veronica enjoys indoor cycling, yoga, and watching sitcoms in her free time. This summer she will be partaking in an internship at KPMG as a Data Strategy and Operations Intern. Following graduation, she hopes to pursue a career in technology consulting or product management.
Rebecca Zhang
Hometown: Baltimore, MD
Major: Finance and Information Systems
Outside of SUSA, Rebecca is on the executive board of the Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity as the Controller, works at the OCS front desk, and is a part of the Honors Humanities (HoHum) Honors Program. She enjoys cooking, fitness classes, thrifting, binge watching reality TV shows like Shark Tank and Survivor, and playing Candy Crush (currently on level 9091). Following graduation, she hopes to work in risk and financial advisory consulting in the government public sector for a few years and possibly further her education by going to grad school to get her MBA.

Lina Hassan
Hometown: Clarksville, MD
Major: Business Management and Marketing
Minor: Innovation and Entrepreneurship
Outside of SUSA, Lina is apart of the Egyptian Student Association where she serves as the events coordinator. In her free time, Lina enjoys working out at the gym, going shopping, trying out new cafes, and cooking. Following graduation, Lina hopes to get her MBA and work within the fields of fashion and/or fitness. She also hopes to travel the world and hopefully one day open a powerlifting gym and her own coffee shop. During the weekend, Lina works at Starbucks as a barista trainer.


Brina Cheung

Major: Management & Marketing
Hi I'm Brina and this is my second year with SUSA! My favorite event to plan by far is Smith in the City. Outside of SUSA, I am a part of University Honors and serve as a TA for the Interdisciplinary Business Honors program. In my free time, I enjoy reading, board/card games, beaches, and museums.
