Hey, my name is Darwin Ferrufino, and I’m the Vice President of Inclusion for SUSA. At UMD i'm involved in the College Park Scholars Environment, Technology, and Economy program, where I also serve as a Peer Mentor. At the Smith School of Business, I’m involved with ALPFA and was previously involved with the Collegiate Financial Management Association (CFMA). Outside of school and leadership roles, I enjoy playing basketball and working out. I’m looking forward to becoming more involved within the Smith School of Business and helping foster an inclusive and supportive community.

Diversity and Inclusion Committee

Responsible for upholding the diversity and inclusion goals of Smith within both the internal and external SUSA bodies. Through three standard projects each conducted on bi-semesterly bases -  audit of SUSA clubs, collection and analysis of club demographic data, and diversity training for club leadership - this committee strives to spur continuous growth in SUSA’s external clubs via regulation and education. This committee also caters events for SUSA internal geared toward enhancing its own senses of community and inclusion.
