Outside of SUSA, Alexandra is a student-athlete on Maryland's Cross Country and Track and Field teams where she competes in mid-distance events. She serves on the executive board of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) as a co-chair of the diversity and inclusion initiative Terps Together, and as the Director of Outreach for the UMD chapter of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA). She is a University Honors student, and enjoys journaling and spending time with family and friends. As she continues to pursue the connectivity of diversity and business, she will be working as a PwC Start Intern out of the McLean office this upcoming Summer 2021.
Diversity and Inclusion Committee
Responsible for upholding the diversity and inclusion goals of Smith within both the internal and external SUSA bodies. Through three standard projects each conducted on bi-semesterly bases - audit of SUSA clubs, collection and analysis of club demographic data, and diversity training for club leadership - this committee strives to spur continuous growth in SUSA’s external clubs via regulation and education. This committee also caters events for SUSA internal geared toward enhancing its own senses of community and inclusion.

Outside of SUSA, Krishna was a marketing consultant for Junior Achievement for Fall 2020 through the Smith Center for Social Value Creation. She also co-founded a diversity club, H-Zone Global, at her high school. In addition, she is on the pre-med track, hoping to combine her passion for business and medicine in the future. Krishna enjoys traveling, music, food and is always willing to try new things.

Outside of SUSA, Oscar is a Media, Self, and Society Scholar and is a part of the Student Alumni Leadership Council and Smith Finance Group. He is an avid motorsports fan and hopes to one day be involved in Formula 1. Currently, he is sponsored by Next Level Racing and Thrustmaster, and actively showcases their sim racing products on several online platforms.

Outside of SUSA, Isabella enjoys listening to music, watching her favorite Netflix shows, and watching college sports. She loves to dance and helping as a teacher assistant at her dance studio during the summer. She plans on working in financial services as a financial analyst.

Outside of SUSA, Daphne is the Alumni Chair for Women in Business, an Auxiliary Officer for Chinese Student Association, and a Science, Technology, and Society Scholar. She enjoys golfing, baking, and reading. While she is still exploring various careers related to finance, she hopes to work in financial analysis or investment banking to help companies and stakeholders make informed decisions.

Outside of SUSA, Beza is a part of Ignite: Women’s Empowerment Club and Ethiopian Club. She loves to read, write, travel, and binge watch a lot of television. Beza also loves working with kids, so you can always find her babysitting, and she loves hanging out with friends and family!
